1.         What is a vaccine?

3.         Mr. Buckley would seem to be accident prone.   His head had an “unfortunate incident”
            with a thermostat cover in the hallway during 2003 (ouch)!   He bled a lot!
            Mr. Grudowski, the medical professional in the clinic gave him a booster
            shot for tetanus later that day after “stapling” him up.   Explain why this
            booster shot for tetanus was necessary.   (Keep in mind that your average
            may be influenced by the seriousness of your response!  J )
