Grading of the various forms of work will be as follows: 

Tests/essays/research projects 50%

Quizzes/in class work/homework  50%

You must pass this class for graduation.  Your final exam is  20% of your overall average.

Absence Policy

Absenteeism will require make up work as follows:

If you are present on the day the assignment you will be expected to make it up on the day of your return.  If you are absent when the assignment is given, then you will have one day after your return to make up the work. 

If you do not make up the work you owe me, it will be counted as a zero in the gradebook.
