Edwards-Knox faculty and staff members who are encountering technology issues in the district are encouraged to send an email to the Helpdesk. In the message, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. This will open a help ticket in our system.
Students and Families
Edwards-Knox students and families who are encountering issues with district-owned devices or software are invited to send an email to the Helpdesk. You are also welcome to contact your building principal for further information or assistance.
