Valedictorian
Allison Gates
Allison Gates has earned the prestigious title of Valedictorian for the Class of 2026! Allison will receive an Advanced Regents Diploma, with mastery in science. Throughout her high school career, Allison has demonstrated exceptional academic achievement and a deep commitment to her community. Graduating with an outstanding GPA of 94.5, she has challenged herself academically by taking several college-level courses across multiple disciplines. She consistently exhibits a strong dedication to learning while striving to make a positive impact on those around her.
Beyond the classroom, Allison has been an active leader and dedicated student. She has participated in basketball, soccer, and softball while taking on additional leadership roles in each. Allison is a member of the National Honor Society, where she served as president during her senior year, demonstrating her outstanding leadership abilities and commitment to service. Allison also served as the Class of 2026 secretary and later as co-vice president, further reflecting her dedication to her peers and school community.
Allison plans to attend SUNY Canton to major in nursing, committing herself to a dual degree program. She aspires to continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree or doctorate. We congratulate Allison for all of her hard work and extraordinary achievements. We look forward to all the incredible things that she will accomplish in the future!
Salutatorian
Quincy Lashua
Quincy Lashua has earned the title of Salutatorian for the Class of 2026! Quincy will graduate with an Advanced Regents Diploma. Quincy has embraced challenging coursework, taking AP and college level classes that reflect her strong work ethic and dedication to learning. With an impressive GPA of 93.9, Quincy has demonstrated consistent academic excellence, perseverance, and a commitment to achieving her goals.
In addition to her academic success, Quincy has been actively involved in several school organizations. She is a member of the National Honor Society, exemplifying its core pillars of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. She has also participated in student government, helping to represent her peers and contribute to school initiatives. As president of the yearbook club, Quincy has further distinguished herself by demonstrating leadership, organization, and creativity.
Following graduation, Quincy will attend SUNY Plattsburgh, where she will major in Psychology and plans to pursue a career in forensic psychology. We are proud to honor Quincy for her outstanding accomplishments and are excited to see where her talents and determination will lead her.
