The Edwards-Knox Central School District is kicking off the school year with a fun community celebration to welcome back students, families, and faculty members. This year’s Back-to-School Bash will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
Attendees will be able to walk through the school, pick up free supplies needed for the year, and enjoy a free cookout. Community partners will also be on site and there will be fun activities for students to participate in.
The district will also host its annual Title I Parent Meeting during the event, where all parents and guardians of Edwards-Knox Central School students are invited to meet with AIS teachers. The teachers will be available anytime between 4 and 4:40 p.m. in the elementary wing outside the library. Parents will receive information about the Title I program and how they can be involved in their child’s education.
