Families invited to register for 4-H Before School program for 2025-26 school year

The 21st Century Community Learning Center 4-H After School Program at Edwards-Knox Central School District offers after school care for children aged 5-14 (kindergarten to eighth grade). The program is run by Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County. Registration is now open for the 2025-26 school year!

The program operates after school from 2:40-5:40 p.m. Staffing ratios are maintained at 1:10 for children ages 9 and under and 1:15 for those 10 and older. The after-school program provides homework assistance and enrichment activities covering a broad range of topics.

Admission is open throughout the school year on a first-come, first-served basis. The program adheres to the host school’s schedule for closures, delays and early dismissals. Parent involvement is encouraged through volunteer opportunities and family engagement activities.
