    The Board of Education has approved the following give back snow days for the 2023/2024 school year-

    Wednesday, June 26, 2024

    Should there be a need for the use of an emergency closure, give back days will be used in reverse order.

  • Edwards-Knox spring community wellness programs announced

    The Edwards-Knox Central School District continues its commitment to community wellness with a series of invigorating free programs this spring.

    Yoga Classes:

    When: Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m. starting April 9 and ending May 28

    Where: Edwards-Knox Central School Upstairs Cafeteria

    Details: Join us for invigorating yoga sessions led by an experienced instructor. All skill levels are welcome.

    AquaFit Classes:

    When: Thursdays, 6-7 p.m. starting April 11 and ending May 30

    Where: Edwards-Knox Central School Pool

    Details: Dive into fitness with Aqua Zumba, Aqua Jogging, and Lap Swim.

    Community Swim Sessions:

    When: Sundays, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

    Where: Edwards-Knox Central School Pool

    Details: Enjoy open swim time for all ages. Bring the whole family!

    Fitness Center Hours:

    When: Monday-Friday: 4 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. & 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Weekends: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (6 a.m. to 9 p.m. during April 2-5)

    Holiday closures include New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

    Where: Edwards-Knox Central School Fitness Center

    Details: Access our state-of-the-art fitness center at convenient hours. Stay active on your schedule! To access the fitness center, you must be trained first. New members must pay a one-time fee for an electronic key fob to enter the facility. Visit our Fitness Center website to learn more about how to become a trained member.

    Note: All wellness programs and facilities will be closed during holidays and during inclement weather or emergencies.

    Board of Education petitions are now available in the District Office. Completed petitions must be returned to Brandi Graham, District Clerk, by Monday, April 22, 2024, at 5 p.m.

  • PreK Registration

    PREKINDERGARTEN APPLICATIONS

    Prekindergarten applications for the next school year are now available.

    Any child in the Edwards-Knox Central School District who is, or will be, four years old on or before December 1, 2024, is eligible to attend the Edwards-Knox Universal Prekindergarten program.  This is a full-day program.

    If you have a child who is eligible and who wishes to attend the full-day Prekindergarten program next year, please call Rachel Newvine in the Elementary Office at (315) 562-8132, Ext. 25533, to request an application be sent to you.

    You may also print the application here.  Please remember there are only 36 slots available and these are filled on a first come, first served basis.

    These Cougar Apparel purchases will benefit the Edwards-Knox Central School Student Government. Designs were created by Bailey Bratton.
