• I am a 1989 graduate of Norwood-Norfolk Central School in Norwood, New York.  I attended SUNY Cortland for two years, transferred to SUNY Potsdam where I completed a Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education.  I completed my Masters in Instructional Technology and Media Management also at SUNY Potsdam.  I also completed the Driver Education courses at SUNY Oswego.

This is my twenty-sixth year at Edwards-Knox Central School.  I currently teach Social Studies 7, Social Studies 8, and AP United States History.  I have also taught Global History and Geography 9 and Driver Education.

My employment history is diverse.  I have worked at Corning, Inc. in Canton, NY; Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans, Vermont; Norwood-Norfolk Central School; and SUNY Potsdam Residence Life Department.

I live in West Potsdam with my husband and our two children.  My husband owns and operates his own business, MCS, Inc.  We enjoy spending time with our family and outdoor activities such as camping, boating, hiking, and cross-country skiing.
